The massage therapy is one of the oldest traditional therapies which address physical pain. They encompass a set of techniques to improve individual’s well-being through hand movements on various living tissues.
Massage helps us to become aware of registered tensions in our body, as a result of conflicts, stress, fatigue, bad posture etc. It is also a wonderful way to relax, decrease stress, and improve digestion and sleep.
